About the Role:
As a Commercial Specialist, you’ll be part of a high-performing procurement team focused on driving supplier performance and contract optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to implement performance frameworks, resolve issues, and foster continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading supplier performance reviews and implementing improvement initiatives
- Developing contract management plans, specifications, KPIs, and pricing mechanisms
- Supporting national supplier panels and training internal teams on performance frameworks
- Collaborating with analysts to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions
- Facilitating supplier workshops and market analysis
- Advising on negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial strategy
- Contributing to strategic projects and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Proven experience in procurement or commercial roles within complex organisations
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Experience in performance management and reporting frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
