We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to deliver high-quality reporting and insights while building long-term data capability across the Pacific.
This role combines hands-on data analysis with coaching, training and in-country support, enabling Pacific teams to confidently access, interpret and use data. Around 20% of the role is dedicated to Pacific capability strengthening.
There is travel involved to the Pacific countries. This is a Fixed Term contract till March 2028
What you’ll do
- Develop dashboards, reports and insights using trusted data
- Support regular organisational reporting cycles
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and success measures
- Deliver training, coaching and mentoring in data literacy and data use
- Improve data quality, standards and reporting processes
- Promote ethical, responsible and inclusive data practices
- 2+ years’ experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and data visualisation
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working in cross-cultural environments
- Willingness to travel in the Pacific
- Experience in international development or Pacific contexts is an advantage
