• Driving problem identification, ideation, solution design and continuous improvement
• Using Agile principles and stepping into roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master where needed
• Bringing clarity to complexity—modelling current & future states, defining requirements, and enabling business readiness
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating high‑impact workshops
• Applying data‑driven decision making to shape solutions that deliver real customer and business value

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst within Insurance industry and contributing to business change in large, complex environments
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and business intelligence capability
• Ability to challenge assumptions, unpack complex issues, and provide sound recommendations
• Proven track record delivering value in dynamic, fast‑paced teams
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management
• Adaptability—you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
