- Leading business analysis across major change initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Driving problem identification, ideation, solution design and continuous improvement
- Using Agile principles and stepping into roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master where needed
- Bringing clarity to complexity—modelling current & future states, defining requirements, and enabling business readiness
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating high‑impact workshops
- Applying data‑driven decision making to shape solutions that deliver real customer and business value
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst within Insurance industry and contributing to business change in large, complex environments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and business intelligence capability
- Ability to challenge assumptions, unpack complex issues, and provide sound recommendations
- Proven track record delivering value in dynamic, fast‑paced teams
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management
- Adaptability—you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
