• Data & Analytics Stream Manager

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Stream Manager to lead the Data & Analytics workstream within a large, complex SAP and UKG migration programme. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end Data & Analytics strategy, building a high‑performing team, and enabling trusted insights to drive executive decision‑making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Define and implement the Data & Analytics vision, roadmap, standards and operating model across SAP and UKG platforms.
• Establish an enterprise‑aligned architecture framework to ensure integrity, interoperability and long‑term maintainability.

Delivery & Stream Management

• Lead delivery across data migration, data quality, Master Data Management, reporting/BI development and advanced analytics.
• Oversee planning, resourcing, RAID management and critical-path activities for the Data & Analytics stream.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a team of data, reporting and insights specialists.
• Drive capability uplift, coaching, ways‑of‑working, and culture across the stream.

Governance & Compliance

• Embed robust data governance and quality frameworks.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy, compliance and audit requirements are met throughout the programme.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business leaders to understand outcomes and translate them into actionable insights.
• Champion self‑service analytics and uplifted data literacy across the organisation.

Vendor Partnering

• Collaborate with the SI partner to ensure successful data migration strategy, execution and alignment with programme deliverables.

About You – Required Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in Data & Analytics, including 5+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams on large‑scale transformation programmes (SAP experience highly preferred).
• Proven delivery across SAP data domains, migration tools and data quality frameworks.
• Strong PMO discipline and experience managing SI/vendor partners in complex delivery environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in data governance, MDM, compliance frameworks and data quality improvement.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, semantic layer design, visualisation standards and dashboard development.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives and drive clarity in ambiguity.
