We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of stakeholder engagement processes, tools, and frameworks that support effective collaboration across our clients internal and external relationships. You will be driving the delivery and execution of the of this piece of work. This is a 37.5 hour per week role based in Wellington central.
You must already hold a basic security clearance or higher. This role is initially from March til June, but there is a strong chance of extension after that.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build a Stakeholder Database, including data standards and SOPs
- Develop an Internal Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Plan
- Draft Engagement Strategy and Plan
- Lead Stakeholder Mapping activities and facilitate related workshops
- Deliver stakeholder training as needed
- Develop and provide templates, SOPs, and a comprehensive BAU handover pack
To be considered you must have:
- You must already hold a basic security clearance or higher
- Proven BA experience within large, complex organisations,
- Proven experience in stakeholder mapping, analysis, and workshop facilitation,
- Ability to design, adapt and implement stakeholder engagement frameworks,
- Strong capability to work autonomously and within a collaborative environment,
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
