The role plays a part in leading and governing industrial and employment relations ensuring the organisation is legally compliant and will enable the delivery of the people and performance strategy.
Be the in-house subject matter expert and will be responsible for growing this capability across the organisation, and will play a key part in the maintenance of union relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance and management of effective employment relations
- Focus on legal compliance and practicality
- Coaching and support to the business
- Provision of expert advice and coaching
- Assist the ER Lead with policy and procedure development
- Union engagement and union delegates
- Effective problem solving and restorative practices
- Proactive employment relations
- Support for personal grievances, at mediation and in relation to negotiated exits.
