Opportunity for an experienced HRBP to deliver the full operational HR remit including the provision of advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
This role is hands on and will be responsible for:
- HR operations
- Employment Relations
- Compliance
- Change Management
- HR Projects
- Engagement
- Cyclical processes
- Metrics and Reporting
- Continuous Improvement
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Strong HR generalist experience in large or complex environments
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Sound knowledge of NZ employment relations legislation
