This well-established commercial construction company has a strong reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget with an outstanding commitment to client service delivery. They are led by Directors with enthusiasm and passion for what they do. They focus predominantly in the medium project space and are preferred suppliers for a number of larger clients.
They are now looking for a driven and motivated commercially minded estimator that can assist the Commercial Manager with estimates on a contract basis.
Working with the commercial manager, the key focus of the role is to assist in managing the tendering and estimating tasks of the construction process from start to completion, the role requires precision estimating understanding margins and quality tendering.
You will be working autonomously and have strong levels of job ownership and desire to meet goals.
In order to be a success in this position, you must have at least 8 years of estimating experience across a range of commercial builds as well as knowledge of the local market, understanding rates and commercial construction legislation. You possess a relevant tertiary qualification.
Salary $80 - $90 per hour
