Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Administrator with strong organisation skills to assist with co-ordinating a couple of large events. This role will see you working with a friendly and positive organisation based in Epsom.    

If you have experience working in a fast-paced administration or event management background, we might just have the perfect role for you. 

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!   This organisation has a positive, collaborative culture and you will be valued. 

Hours for our role are between Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, 4 hours each day.   Some hours can be worked from home after the settling in period.    

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with organising a silent auction and ball
  • Following up and coordinating meetings and auction items
  • Arranging volunteers to assist
  • Coordinating tickets and raffles
  • Arranging marketing 
  • Supporting at the event.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3- 4+ years office administration and event coordination experience
  • Be organised, efficient and able to talk over the phone in a clear and concise manner
  • Positive, outgoing and proactive approach 
  • Multi-tasking experience. 
  • Top skills in using MS Office including Word, Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Enjoy assisting a Senior Leader and her team with administration tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Top Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy being creative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous event coordination skills are advantageous.
