About the role:
In this role you will be part of the Facilities Management team
Your duties will include:

Respond to queries relating to facilities management for sites across Auckland

Keep the progress of all jobs and queries up to date on the internal system

Process requests for repairs of equipment and upgrades

Assist the Facilities Manager with monthly reporting regarding spend versus budget
-
Support the Facilities Management team with admin tasks
What you will bring to the team:

Excellent good administration skills
-
Previous experience in a facilities admin support role will be advantageous

You will be customer service focused with a good telephone manner
