About the role:

In this role you will be part of the Facilities Management team

Your duties will include:

  • Respond to queries relating to facilities management for sites across Auckland

  • Keep the progress of all jobs and queries up to date on the internal system

  • Process requests for repairs of equipment and upgrades

  • Assist the Facilities Manager with monthly reporting regarding spend versus budget

  • Support the Facilities Management team with admin tasks

What you will bring to the team:

  • Excellent good administration skills

  • Previous experience in a facilities admin support role will be advantageous

  • You will be customer service focused with a good telephone manner
