We’re looking for a detail‑focused Accounts Payable Officer to support key financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, tax compliance, and fixed assets. If you enjoy working with numbers, improving systems, and ensuring accuracy, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll help keep financial operations running smoothly by:

  • Managing accounts payable and ensuring timely payments

  • Administering purchasing cards and expense processes

  • Overseeing invoicing and collections

  • Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations

  • Supporting fixed asset accounting and month‑end reporting

  • Ensuring tax compliance and accurate deductions

  • Maintaining clear process documentation

  • Identifying issues or anomalies and escalating when needed

  • Contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for: 

  • Experience across AP, AR, reconciliations, accounting, or tax

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Understanding of core accounting principles

  • Fraud awareness and ability to spot discrepancies

  • Good analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills

  • Tech confidence, including Microsoft 365 and automation tools

  • Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders

  • Commitment to quality, service, and continuous improvement
