Fitout Site Manager

They are now looking to identify a Fitout SM for an apartment project.

The project itself is a $65M build comprising 142 apartments. 

We are looking for a trade qualified site manager with 5+ years’ with a trade carpentry background. Experience in delivering hotels or apartment projects would be ideal. You will be coordinating subcontractors and trades, cost control, organising relevant materials, equipment and access and OSH.  You will have a strong command of fit-out and services coordination ,

Salary: $120K - $140K
