They hold strong relationships with architects and engage experts up front to ensure less rework later. They are project and cost management specialists that possess ‘can do’ attitudes with hands on Directors that muck in when need be. 

Due to growth and a strategy to continue strong growth, a need now exists for a solution focussed site manager for projects in the Tauranga and Wellington regions. As a site manager you need to come from an interiors, refurb and light commercial construction background gained from a main contractor of at least 5 years.  The SM is engaged from early design and build stages and set up, so they are on board from the very beginning and familiar with all stakeholder inputs. It is ideal you can provide any input into systems or presenting any ideas for better efficiencies. 

Salary $130K - $150K + travel allowance and accommodation paid for
