We are looking for an experienced FMIS Technology Specialist, to join a high performing, Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and successfuly running of Oracle ERP and EPM (Financial), at a Senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall sucess of the Oracle ERP and EPM systems on behalf of Financial services
- Support triage of financial services, using ServiceNow
- Manage the resolution of financial integrations, continually improving customer experience
- Manage resolution of system integration issues, affecting processes that affect the wider team
- Maintain Financial systems controls, to provide assurance of data and process integrity
- Collaborate with external support partners, to support and provide feedback on upgrades
- Identify risks that can delay releases, manage them to the effect the deadline is kept
Desired Experience:
- An excellent understanding of both Oracle ERP and EPM, with experience working on support for these applications
- Demonstrated ability to develop business solutions in ERP/EPM, with a broad knowledge of cloud accounting systems
- Experience working both Project and BAU environments, with the ability to help stakeholders achieve better results through upgrade support
- Advanced software skills, process-focussed, with keen attention to detail
