Opportunity for a People Lead with global experience to join a well-known organisation in Hamilton.

We are canvassing NZ wide for this role-ideally you will relocate for this role- or if living regionally in Auckland or BOP- can travel to Hamilton 3 or 4 days per week.

This role is a key member of teh global senior leadership team building strong connections and deep understanding of the relevant business unit, enabling high performing, highly engaged teams who enjoy consistently exceptional workplace experiences.

The role has direct reports in NZ, Australia, US and Europe, with key accountability across the following:

• Strategic Business Partner
• Leadership Coaching & Influence
• People Team Strategy
• People Services Delivery
• People Leadership
• Health & Safety support

 Skills and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• HR Leadership/Senior People Business Partner in commercial environments or similar - 6+ years
• Deep experience on all core People disciplines
• Experience in global distribution and can travel
• People strategy, tactics and planning balanced with commercial outcomes
• Strong technical HR knowledge
• Co-designing, developing & successfully delivering end to end People Projects
• Leadership coaching
• Growth & continuous improvement

This role will engage up to Board level, and requires an authentic person who builds trust relationships, is pragmatic and articulate, and brings critical thinking and business acumen.

This role will suit someone at the above described level or a Strategic Business Partner looking for the next step.
