Our Auckland office is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (intermediate or senior) to join the team and take full ownership of an established portfolio in Human Resources.
The Opportunity
This Human Resources desk is a warm desk with established relationships across the wider Auckland region. Our Auckland office is looking for someone to step into this active space, work with a collaborative team and have the ambition to continue to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full end -to- end recruitment process across Permanent & Contract roles
- Develop new business opportunities within the portfolio as well as actively looking at the market
- Provide consultative advice and work with a wide range of marketing tools provided by Beyond
- Continually looking to build the desk and pipeline to achieve monthly success

What we are looking for:
- Previous recruitment success ideally in Human Resources or Professional Services
- Strong relationship building capability – you love getting on the phone and talking with clients to drive new opportunities and get out and about meeting with new people
- You are a positive, resilient person and thrive on the chase and win
- You have driven strong billings and can prove this
- Values and the way you work is important – people are important – you treat clients and candidates with respect
You must reside in Auckland and hold either NZ Citizenship or Residency to apply for this role.
