We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator who is keen to further develop her/his skills by working for a renowned NZ organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration and coordination of the recruitment process
  • Manage Careers inbox and maintain talent database
  • Reporting
  • Generation of employment agreements

About you:

  • Some relevant HR experience
  • Technical savvy
  • Understanding the difference between IEAs and CEAs
  • Knowledge of Snaphire and/or Docusign would be advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skill
