Work for a global company that operates in a niche sector.  They are committed to excellence in maintenance and operations and ensuring a safe, reliable and efficient work environment.  

This role will be sole charge providing the full HR remit to both New Zealand and Australia.   

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Providing HR advice to the business
•    Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
•    Recruitment and onboarding
•    Ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
•    Data analytics and reporting
•    HR administration

Proven experience in providing HR advice to business required combined with detailed knowledge of current NZ and Australian employment law and HR practices.  Strong excel skills required.  Experience working with Unions would be a nice to have.
