Opportunity for a Generalist HR Advisor to join a community focussed organisation in a newly created role – we are looking an intermediate level HR Advisor with a solid background across all aspects of HR with an inclusive, people-centred approach.

• Generalist HR Advisory
• Recruitment
• HR Administration
• Learning and Development Coordination
• Culture initiatives
• Policy review

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Relevant qualification in HR 
• 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
• Solid working knowledge NZ employment law
• Experience with HR systems (ATS, HRIS, LMS)

The successful person will be culturally responsive and will enjoy working in a  diverse environment, will be well organised with good attention to detail, bring strong communication skills.
