Opportunity for an experienced HR BP to partner with senior stakeholders to provide employment relations support and coaching of leaders. Largely operational work.

We are ideally looking for a someone with HR generalist partnering experience in large, complex organisations who is very effective in delivery.

You will need to bring expertise in NZ employment law, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills, and a proven ability to coach and do operational employment relations.

Will consider Senior HR Advisor/HRBP and more senior levels to drop into the contract.
