Opportunity for a P&C Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced company in a newly created role. Work closely with the P&C Manager to implement HR projects and provide first level advice to the business on all HR queries.
This role will support all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management and ER issues. Will also assist with developing and implementing people-focused initiatives.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
• HR and ER advisory
• Drafting and maintaining documentation
• Updating and maintaining HR systems
• HR projects
• Training `
This role requires a minimum of 2 years HR experience and Employment Relations exposure.
