An exciting opportunity for a Senior or HR Advisor to join a growing business who provide some of New Zealand’s most iconic products locally and internationally – with over 10 million products sold outside of NZ annually.
Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team you will partner with other managers from across the business to provide HR Advice and expertise to support their departmental objectives.
About the role:
- Provide effective HR support services to all managers and staff
- Recruitment, selection and induction
- Coordinate learning and development programs
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- HR reporting
- Undertake a number of HR level projects as required
About you:
- Relevant HR experience, a minimum of 2 years
- In house recruitment experience
- A good understanding of employment legislation
- Excellent relationship management
