We are seeking highly motivated, personable and professional HR Administrators. A collaborative working style will see you contribute positively to the business success. An ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality is critical in this role.

Duties may include:

  • Onboarding / Induction of new employees
  • Employment contract preparation
  • Generating letters of offer
  • Variation of contracts
  • Updating of employee records
  • Record meeting minutes
  • General Administration, HR & Recruitment duties

The right candidate must have:

  • The ability to adapt to change in demand and prioritise duties
  • Flexibility to go with the flow
  • Self-starter and able to hit the ground running
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Up to date knowledge of NZ employment law
  • A relevant degree would be desirable, but not essential
