Due to consistent increases in the level of new work, they are now in a position to recruit an intermediate QS with estimating skills.
Key components of this role involve:
- scheduling/estimating
- tender preparation and analysis
- bills of quantities
- cost management
- subcontractor management
- progress claims and assessing variations
You to date possess experience of 2 - 4 years worked on ideally interiors and fitout aspects from light/medium sized commercial and residential projects. Experince encompassses tendering and contract admin.You must have a relevant tertiary degree. Generally you have strong financial nous, can negotiate, have an eye for detail, and can confidently liaise across a range of stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive market salary $75K - $90K with access to ongoing professional development.
