Reporting to one of the Directors, you will be working on projects including commercial builds, airport, rail & bridge construction, civil space structures and other capital infrastructure projects. Many clients are in the government sector so exposure to these clients would be valuable.
Your responsibilities include: Forecasting, estimating and cost plans, feasibility analysis, financial control and client reporting. You will be working both pre & post contract and will have direct exposure to various clients.
To be considered for this role, you have:
- A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 5+ years’ NZ experience in a Professional Quantity Surveying firm
- Professional Membership Associate
- Experience in client engagement especially with Government clients
- Ability to work both Pre & Post Contract
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between $120K – $140K.
