- Seeking a Level 1, IT Services Coordinator to provide exceptional IT service to a fantastic organisation
- This CBD based role will see you looking after onsite and remote support for a large team
- Offer exceptional customer service across Microsoft 365, GSuite, and Azure software
Our role will commence ASAP and run thorough to December. 2025 You must be able to commit to the full length of the assignment and it may possibly extend.
This role is office based, so you will need to work from the office 8.30am - 5.00pm, 5 days per week, sorry no WFH days at this stage.
If you have experience working in a Level 1 Service Desk Administrator role in the past we might just have the role for you.
If you are friendly, organised, with strong attention to detail, a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Resolving incoming IT queries
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Prioritise and resolve IT concerns. Facilitate issues.
- Offer user support and troubleshooting resolving IT incidents, including problem management and root cause analysis
- Support team members with effective use of technology systems
- Onboarding and off boarding staff
- Administration and support of IT equipment including end-user devices, mobile devices and meeting room audio/video conference facilities
- Assisting with IT procurement
- Administration and reporting
- Be approachable and has excellent communication skills
- Be a team player who loves to help others, with a can do attitude.
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- IT experience including Windows and Microsoft 365, Atlassian Jira and GSuite
- Indepth knowledge of hardware and software
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and deliver results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
