This role is a perfect steppingstone for a senior level HR Coordinator who would like to further consolidate her/his HR foundation for the next step up.
Key responsibilities:
- HR operational and administrative duties
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- HR advisory service to stakeholders – supporting lower to medium level ER issues
- Recruitment support
- HR project works
- Guide and mentor junior HR team members on HR operational duties
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator level role, with some ER exposure
- Sound understanding of NZ employment law
- Experienced in interpreting HR policies and procedures to stakeholders
- Strong communication skill
- A real team player, who enjoys sharing ideas and guiding junior team members
