A successful name in the NZ Design and Build Construction sector with nationwide coverage, have secured prominent wins for some larger clients. With reliable clients on their books, especially government clients, they are seeing workload expand and now requires the need for a competent junior to come on board and join the team.
This role is a support role and encompasses both pre and post contract. You will be learning elements of estimating, procurement, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 2 years of experience, ideally commercial construction with a main contractor and with relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Bachelor of Construction/Construction Economics. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
