Outstanding Opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to work with a leading insurance organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management – Work with leaders to produce collective results working as a team within the company’s policy.
- Data Management – Ensuring everything is within NZQA guidelines and providing continuous improvement to learning activities.
- Facilitation and coaching – Delivering training, accessing training needs, providing access to learning medium, and maintaining records of employees.
- Coaching - Upskilling coaching and ensuring performance objectives are met.
- Course Design and Delivery – Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and design training courses.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Demonstrated previous experience in learning and development
- Strong interest in developing/designing courses.
- Outstanding influencing skills and stakeholder management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Experience in adult education and facilitation
