About the role:

  • Be the first point of contact for all patients
  • Meeting and greeting patients at Reception
  • Taking care of all in-bound and out-bound calls
  • Handling confidential information
  • Preparing accurate patient files/documentation for Doctors
  • General administration and data entry

About you:

  • Experienced as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Administrator
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Empathetic manner
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work independently
