Opportunity to lead the People and Capability strategy across the business, ensuring supportive governance and accountability for effective people processes across the business, and lead a team focused on business partnering to deliver people-empowering , high quality advice and an exceptional level of service.

This is achieved by ensuring people strategies, leadership,policies,procedures and practices are in place that are alighned with the business needs, add value and create an engaged group of high performing employees.

The People & Capability Manager will provide leadership to the P&C team in all generalist P&C related matters including performance and development, health, safety & wellbeing, employee engagement, job evaluation,remuneration,recruitment and employment relations.

  • Coaching and Mentoring People Managers
  • Learning & Development
  • Culture & Engagement
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Business relationship management

Key Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in senior People & Capability/Human Resources roles
  • Team leadership
  • Extensive experience dealing with a broad range of employment relations issues
  • Experienced in coaching leaders
