Opportunity to lead a team of three HR Advisors providing advisory services to an organisation that is growing globally and Kiwi owned!

This role will suit an experienced Manager or a senior HR Business Partner ready to step up to a leadership role. The role will manage three HR Advisors.

This team is designed to support the wider business with all people and culture matters. The role will be hands-on and you will work with the team to provide support to the Managers and portfolios of internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of 3
  • Provision of support, coaching and guidance to the team
  • Provision of operational advice to Managers
  • Managing HR queries
  • Support on ER matters
  • Being proactive in people matters
  • Ensuring templates, processes and guidelines are consistent
  • Reporting
  • HR projects
