We are currently seeking a polished, highly skilled Personal Assistant for a private organisation, commencing ASAP for 1 year. This role is for 1 year as it is covering maternity leave.
- Temporary PA assignment for 1 year commencing ASAP
- Large private organisation
- Must be double vaccinated as will be working in the office
- $40-$45 p/h depending on experience
- CBD location
Skills, attributes and experience required:
- Proven Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
- Minute taking and agenda experience
- Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
- Preparation of reports and correspondence
- Strong attention to detail as the manager you're supporting is very detail orientated
- MS Office and Teams experience, and experience using Adobe InDesign is preferred but not required
