We currently have various Permanent and Fixed Term Personal Assistant role opportunities! These roles are commencing ASAP or will wait up to 4-weeks for the right candidates! Our Personal Assistant roles are open to experience from NZ and overseas for candidates based in Wellington! Get in touch today if you have previous Team administration or Personal Assistant experience!

•             Permanent and Fixed Term Personal Assistant opportunities.
•             CBD locations, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
•             Salaries ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.  

Key responsibilities include:
•             Diary and email management.
•             Providing accurate documentation for meetings.
•             Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
•             Minute taking (action point).
•             Support manager as required – calendar management.

It is helpful if you have:
•             Previous experience as an PA/TA.
•             Strong technical skills and knowledge of the Microsoft suite
•             Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
•             High level of organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
•             Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•             Experience in managing staff is desirable
•             Empathetic, strong attention to detail, discreet, organised, and self-managing
•             Māori cultural awareness (do not need to speak Te Reo).
