Are you looking for a new and rewarding role where you will be able to make a valuable contribution?

Our client is currently looking to grow their team with a property administrator based in Epsom. You will be the first point of contact for general enquiries and for visitors to the office. You will support the Property Manager and Tenancy Manager in dealing with property maintenance issues including logging issues and requests, issue of purchase orders, processing of invoices and debtor invoicing or property damage.

Duties:

  • Prime point of contact for all reactive maintenance requests
  • Accurate and up to date records kept and invoices and one-off payments processed in a timely manner
  • Provide purchase orders
  • First point of contact for general enquiries
  • Any other administrative support as and when required
