My client is a well-known Property Management business in growth mode and exciting plans for the future.
As part of the growth plan they require a professional Property Manager to join their business and manage a portfolio property under their management.
Ideally you will some experience in property management with a sound understanding of the residential tenancy act 1986.
Key to this role is having strong communication skills with attention to detail. Part of this role involves marketing the properties and showing them to prospective tenants. You will be highly literate and organised as there will be compliance and paperwork to organise and collate, along with regular property inspections and reviews.
You will have a flair for marketing and develop strategies to ensure high levels of occupancy across your properties and prepare advertising on the appropriate platforms.
