About the Role:
My client is searching for a Procurement / Purchasing Specialist to join their highly successful and busy team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company’s procurement of raw materials and packaging for their current product line, as well as newly released items coming to market. A key part of the role will also be to optimise the systems involved throughout the procurement process to increase company efficiencies.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and a background in FMCG, preferably in a packaging manufacturing with 1-2 years’ experience in either Procurement, Stock Control, Purchasing and Planning or Inventory Management. You would also possess the following attributes:
- Strong relationship building
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Advanced administrational IT acumen
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
