Our Technology Team in the Auckland office is looking for two passionate and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join the team and take full ownership of an established portfolio.
The Opportunity
We are looking for two Technology recruiters who really know the industry and have a good understanding of the spectrum of role types in technology. You will work with an established team as well as having the support of a candidate talent team to support the delivery of contract roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full end -to- end recruitment process across Permanent & working with the delivery team across Contract roles
- Develop new business opportunities within the portfolio as well as actively looking at the market
- Provide consultative advice and work with a wide range of marketing tools provided by Beyond
- Continually looking to build the desk and pipeline to achieve monthly success
- Work closely with the candidate service delivery team to ensure you support clients to find great talent.
- Supportive onboarding and a well-covered desk with access to a variety of clients

- Previous recruitment success ideally in Technology but it could be another discipline as we are hiring across the Auckland region.
- Strong relationship building capability – you love getting on the phone and talking with clients to drive new opportunities and get out and about meeting with new people

- You have driven strong billings and can prove this

You must reside in Auckland and hold either NZ Citizenship or Residency to apply for this role.
