One of NZ's leading main interior contractors has been responsible for completing some of the most prestigious interior fit out and refurbishment jobs for high profile corporates and smaller businesses from design through to full project delivery. This contractor is now looking for a QS at the Intermediate level that has strong sub-contractor interiors experience with specific experience in aluminium partitioning, suspended ceilings, acoustics, insulation and wall linings.

The main thrust of the role is performing carpentry take offs and pricing and as well as assisting QS’s with variations and agreeing subcontractors final accounts.

This is an opportunity to move into a main contractor environment.

As an applicant, you have:

• 3 - 5+ years of QS experience in a sub-contractor interiors company with a strong understanding of pricing, interiors systems and performing take offs
• You have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have used pricing systems and possess strong local market knowledge of competitive pricing.
• Highly analytical
• A team player

Salary $90K - $115K
