A mid-sized regional construction company working in the commercial, aged care, low rise, interiors and industrial space is viewed by several as reliable and a trusted main contractor. They build generally across $500k-$30m across new build offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units, aged care facilities and accompanying fitouts.

They are on the lookout for their next Site Forman/Manager who is looking to step up and get off the tools. 

• You must have 5+ years or more site based commercial construction management experience in NZ and be able to show a history of working on commercial projects that ideally involve concrete, pre-cast, structural steel and interior fit-out.
• As a site foreman you will be confident in your ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• You will also be confident and polished in your dealings with clients, naturally possessing great verbal communication skills.

The key background for this role is a carpenter by trade with a great eye for a quality finish and a leadership style that fosters a positive and safe working environment.
