Opportunity for a permanent role for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about people and loves to make a difference.

You will have the following responsibilities:
- Support managers to provide feedback to candidates
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Conducting and creating job brief
- Compose job advertisements and advertise on relevant channels
- Providing advice on psychometric tests
- Ensure candidate and onboarding data governance processes are followed
- Review/improve hiring strategies, systems, and processes
- Support hiring managers with candidate assessments.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Demonstrated end-to-end high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work.
- Awareness of the Public Sector employment legislation
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, processes, and policy.
