  • Administration support to a team of HR/Recruitment Advisors
  • Opportunity to learn and contribute to a busy team
  • $30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large high-profile government agency and support a busy HR/Recruitment team.   You will be providing a range of support functions and using your existing HR/Recruitment knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shortlisting
  • Monitoring inbox and responding to queries
  • Organising meetings
  • Prioritising workload and following up on actions
  • Updating, tracking, and reporting using Excel
  • Formatting and editing documents
  • General administration support

You will need to have the follow proven experience and attributes:

  • Proven HR or Recruitment Administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to anticipate needs
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up systems and processes
  • Passion for administration and delivering a quality service
  • Positive “can do” attitude and keen to learn

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington
