They now need to identify a QS for the team

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role involves:

• Procurement/estimating
• Tender analysis
• Working in close partnership with project managers
• Contract administration
• Financial reporting and variations, project cost controls, reviewing project forecasts/work in progress

Key background:

• 3 - 5 + years of residential density building experience, knowledge of NZ construction processes
• Tertiary qualified in quantity surveying
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Strong NZ Building Code knowledge as well as knowledge and application of 3916 and 3910 contracts
• Strong financial nous and business acumen
• Experienced in using cost management software
• Accuracy

Salary $110K - $120K
