Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role involves:
- Procurement/estimating
- Tender analysis
- Working in close partnership with project managers
- Contract administration
- Financial reporting and variations, project cost controls, reviewing project forecasts/work in progress
Key background:
- 3 - 5 + years of residential density building experience, knowledge of NZ construction processes
- Tertiary qualified in quantity surveying
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Strong NZ Building Code knowledge as well as knowledge and application of 3916 and 3910 contracts
- Strong financial nous and business acumen
- Experienced in using cost management software
- Accuracy
