About the Role:
Ever wanted to get into Real Estate but didn’t know quite how? Well – here’s your chance. Great opportunity for a self driven and highly motivated people person to enter and learn the New Residential Home market. Supporting New Home Consultants, managing Open Homes, administration, customer liaison and learning on the job will see you quickly move up the career ladder with established quality brand!
About You:
- Ideally this role will suit someone with experience in a highly customer centric role.
- Some sales or business development – understanding of the sales journey
- Strong verbal communication.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and to maintain quality relationships
- Able to work unsupervised within a highly autonomous environment
- *The ideal candidate will likely live in the territory of North/West Auckland – as this is where the show-homes are located.
- Base salary to $70,000. No commission with this role.
Essential: Applicants need to have a right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa and be currently present in the Country.
