About the Role
The Senior Analyst position is responsible for executing and improving the Analysis team’s BAU processes. The Senior Analyst will take responsibility for complex systems and related business reports and processes ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
What you will be doing
The team manages a range of work, meaning that no two days are often the same. Your work will involve:
- identifying, exploring, and analyzing trends and patterns in data
- forecasting and variance analysis
- calculating rebates
- process improvement
- Conduct full peer reviews and data controls, ensuring accurate and complete data.
- developing new data products
- responding to data requests from internal and external stakeholders
About You
We are seeking someone who demonstrates initiative and the ability to champion the tasks they undertake. Ideally you will have or be developing skills in the following areas:
- data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling skills
- data manipulation experience using T-SQL
- a qualification in a quantitative or financial discipline
- enjoy problem-solving and have high attention to detail
- excellent customer relationship and engagement skills
- ideally some experience developing visualizations.
- Oral and written communication skills - the ability to explain data and analysis using language appropriate to the audience and the ability to communicate in a cross-cultural context.
