About the role:
- Analyse and document business processes and functional requirements
- Design and improve workflows to support operational and strategic goals
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights
- Support project delivery across multiple business units
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector
- Strong background in process mapping and functional design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with external partners and vendors
- Ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
