We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding in Knowledge Management and ServiceNow implementation. You will be working collaboratively with a Product owner, in a newly formed team, to plan and scope the implementation of digital workflows for our client’s organisation.
What you’ll need to succeed:

Experience in Agile practices

Experience working with Knowledge Management Systems and ServiceNow is a must
-
Proactive and self-driven approach to contributing to team objectives

Highly experienced working in technical solution implementations

Strong understanding of data models and flows
-
Proven experience designing and improving business processes
