Contract: Based in Wellington, hybrid working / full-time until July 2026.
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major establishment programme in Wellington. This role focuses on billing and receipting processes across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience during a critical transition period.
You’ll lead discovery, process mapping, and requirements documentation for interim billing solutions, working closely with IT, Finance, and Customer workstreams.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, investigative interviewing, and translating complex systems into clear artefacts are essential.
Key Requirements:
- Proven BA experience in utilities or revenue/billing environments
- Expertise in process mapping (as-is/to-be) and requirements documentation
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder alignment and deliver at pace
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and facilitation skills
