We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/CRM Consultant with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead an implementation. This is a strategic role that will shape how we engage with key stakeholders and deliver value through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead stakeholder engagement sessions
- Define and agree on project scope with business and technical teams
- Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Break down requirements into deliverable phases
- Create and maintain a high-level project plan aligned with business goals
About You
- Extensive experience on CRM projects, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365
- Demonstrated ability to work with industry relations teams or similar stakeholder-heavy environments
- Skilled in requirement gathering, scope definition, and solution design
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience delivering phased CRM implementations
