As a challenger brand with a reputation for excellence, they’re now looking for a high-performing Enterprise Client Development Manager to drive direct sales across large enterprise and corporate accounts.
This is not an account management or farming role — we’re looking for a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, influencing C-level stakeholders, and delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that transform customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients through direct sales (not channel-led)
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Cloud Communications and Collaboration solutions
- Drive revenue across Professional Services, Managed Services, and consumption-based models
- Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, consultative solutions
- Collaborate with internal Consulting and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of market trends, especially around AI, CX innovation, and cloud transformation
What You’ll Bring
- Hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets
- 5+ years of experience selling Cloud, Unified Communications, or SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and how they drive business outcomes
- Existing relationships and credibility within the NZ enterprise ICT landscape
- Ability to influence and build trust with C-level and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
